We welcome your observations, questions, and reports. Every message helps us maintain a more accurate and usable catalogue. Whether you have spotted an error, encountered a technical problem, or wish to discuss the rights status of a work, please write to us at the address below.

What to Report

The following kinds of feedback are especially useful:

• Metadata corrections – incorrect title, author, publication date, or category placement. For example, a book listed under “Exploration & Survival” that belongs in “Lives, Customs & Historical Worlds.”
• File or reader issues – unreadable files, garbled text, missing illustrations, or a format that does not open properly on your device or browser.
• Accessibility problems – poor contrast, missing alt text, or other barriers that make the ebook difficult to use with assistive technology.
• Copyright or rights concerns – if you believe a work in our catalogue is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights and wish to discuss its inclusion.
• Privacy questions – inquiries about how we handle personal information, if any is collected.
• General editorial observations – suggestions for new categories, additional context, or corrections to the reading notes and companion material.

If you are uncertain whether a particular issue falls into one of these categories, please write to us anyway. We prefer to receive a duplicate report rather than miss something important. For example, a reader recently noticed that Motor Matt; or, The King of the Wheel was missing its series number in the metadata; another pointed out that The Blue Ghost Mystery had a chapter heading rendered as garbled text in the EPUB. Both were corrected promptly.

How to Write

To help us act quickly, please include as many of the following details as possible:

• The exact page URL where the issue appears.
• The full title of the ebook (e.g., The Magic Ring, Vol. 1 (of 3) — Background and Themes).
• The file format you are using (EPUB, PDF, HTML, etc.).
• The device or browser and its version.
• A clear description of the problem or suggestion.
• If the matter involves copyright, any supporting information about your rights or the work’s status.

For metadata corrections, a brief explanation of the correct data and your source (such as a library catalogue or scholarly edition) is helpful. For file issues, a screenshot or a short excerpt of the garbled text can speed diagnosis. If you are reporting an accessibility barrier, describing the assistive technology you use (screen reader, magnification software, etc.) and the specific difficulty allows us to reproduce and address the problem.

If you are writing about a copyright concern, please note that public-domain status varies by country. A work that is in the public domain in Canada (where our editor is based) may still be protected in other jurisdictions. We do our best to indicate known restrictions, but we rely on users to inform us of local rights questions. If you are unsure about the status of a work, we encourage you to consult the copyright laws of your own country.
